My Umbrella welcomes individuals with strong design philosophies and encourages them to develop their ideas further. We believe that skills and ideas should not be limited to one medium only. Instead, draw inspirations from a variety of mediums that individuals are passionate about.
Design
We pride ourselves in providing conceptual designs that are fairly developed to district rules and regulations at a very early stage. Our concepts are presented at a high standard with a vast amount of information to allow you to make an informed decision at little cost.

Every member of my Umbrella is well versed in the construction detailing required to satisfy council and provide builders with the blueprints they require. We provide Building and Resource Consent documentation tailored specifically to each project to ensure the best possible service. We also provide Tender/Construction packages for high end architectural design and commercial projects.

Visualization
Quality designs should always be presented through quality presentations. We provide modeling and rendering services for private client visualization and/or advertising. We are incredibly flexible and well versed in multiple mediums and can recommend the appropriate standard of presentation to your requirements and budget.

Interior Design
My Umbrella’s members collective creative flair is not limited to Construction and Architecture. Many of our ideas have been implemented into Interior Designs and Interior Architecture. Our experience and understanding of materiality is essential in providing concepts presented in several mediums tailored to your budget. Our services include providing conceptual designs, colour schemes, product sourcing, interior fit out documentation and architectural photography.

Zayd
Position Here
Zayd has strong design, visualization and documentation skills. He has worked on a multitude of projects ranging from Residential to Commercial. He has been heavily involved in the construction documentation of the Victoria Park Market restoration while contracting to Dave Pearson Architects. He has also worked on multiple Residential projects as well as a few Commercial Interior Fitouts. He is well versed in Auckland’s district rules and regulations. Zayd is a Licensed Building Practitioner Design Category 2 and is the founder of myUmbrella.network.
Reuben
Position Here
Reuben has been in the design and construction industry for over 7 years and has solid knowledge in Residential New Builds and subdivisions. With his vast construction knowledge he has managed several new build projects concurrently and continues to do so. He also has experience in the design and fabrication of structural steel and specializes in bulk in relation planning. Reuben is a Licensed Building Practitioner Design Category 1.
Boaz
Position Here
Boaz started his career by providing design proposals of Large Public Aquariums. He specializes in conceptual designs and has a strong eye for detail. Additionally he has worked as an onsite architectural coordinator on an international level traveling to countries such as Turkey and Korea. His inherent skills in photography and furniture design strengthen the creative flair to all my Umbrella members.
Sowmya
Documentation
Sowmya has been contracted by various companies for architectural projects ranging from Residential, Commercial and Leisure. She has very strong documentation skills, is well versed in Auckland’s district rules and regulations and has extensive knowledge in construction methodology, particularly in the residential sector. She has extensive experience working on Resource Consent applications and Assessments of Environmental Affects. She enjoys a challenge even in her free time, her most recent one is joining Toastmasters!
